The thing about self-care? It doesn’t have to be time-consuming and overwhelming. You do not need to do all the things at one. Every little step you take to take care of yourself, is a good step! It can simply be about about all the small things your body is telling you and work on improving them.
Instead of doing the many things we are often told we should be doing for ourselves, why not just focus on things that make us feel good. Instead of making big plans that feel overwhelming, consider incorporating self-care into your life where it fits, step by step with little improvements here and there.

Some everyday self-care steps might include an extra 15 minutes in the morning to meditate, listen to a podcast, or actually have a proper breakfast.
